Reiki Level 2 is where your journey deepens. You’ll learn sacred symbols that amplify energy, techniques for emotional healing, and how to send Reiki across distance and time.

At this stage, Reiki becomes more than a personal practice—it becomes a way to bring healing into the world around you. This class is for those who feel called to strengthen their practice, deepen their intuitive abilities, and explore the limitless nature of energy healing.

CERTIFICATION

You’ll receive a certificate upon completing each level, which shows your training and attunement.

1x COACHING SESSION POST-CLASS

A 30-min session after class to be scheduled directly with the participant.

  • Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that promotes relaxation, balance, and overall well-being by channeling universal life energy through the hands.

  • Yes, Reiki is a non-invasive and gentle practice suitable for people of all ages, including children and pregnant women. Practitioner can also use Reiki in plants and animals having positive results.

  • If you’re curious about energy healing, looking for a way to manage stress, or feel drawn to helping yourself and others, Reiki might be the perfect path for you. Trust your intuition!

  • An attunement is a sacred process during the class where you’re connected to Reiki energy by the teacher. It’s what opens your ability to channel Reiki. Each level includes attunements that align with what you’re learning.

GENERAL QUESTIONS ABOUT THE CLASS

  • Midtown Manhattan or the Upper West Side depending on the size class. 

    It's a one-day class (around 7 hours + 1 hour lunch break) + a half day (4 hours).

  • Yes, at the moment, I only offer Reiki classes and attunements in person. I believe that in-person sessions provide a deeper, more connected experience for both learning and receiving attunements. However, if you’re interested in exploring an online option, feel free to get in touch, and we can discuss possibilities.

  • In my classes, Reiki Level 4 is the Master Teacher level. Reiki has no set timeline for certifications—it’s about your journey and when you feel ready. At this level, you’ll deepen your skills, learn to attune others, and gain the tools to teach Reiki. If you're interested, feel free to reach out for more details!

  • I offer flexible payment options because I believe Reiki should be accessible to everyone. No one will be turned away for lack of funds—please get in touch, and we’ll work something out together.

COMMON CONCERNS ABOUT REIKI

  • It’s normal for everyone’s experience with energy to be different. Some people feel sensations immediately, while others may need time to notice subtle shifts.

  • Energy is not limited by time or space—Reiki flows instantly, just like a thought or intention. You may feel warmth, tingles, deep relaxation or subtle shifts in your emotions and energy. Trust that the healing is happening, even if the effects unfold gently over time.

  • The energy exchange is $400 for a one-day class in-person + a 30-min coaching session.

  • Yes, Reiki Level 1 teaches you how to share Reiki with family, friends, and even pets and plants.

Meet Vanessa

Who is your teacher?

Reiki class

Vanessa Del Castillo is a Peruvian-born Australian currently living in NYC. She is a creatrix, energy facilitator, shamanic practitioner, designer and mindfulness coach. Her work focuses on helping individuals reconnect with who they truly are, beyond the conditioned mind by reestablishing a connection with their own nature, their bodies, and Mother Earth.

Back in 2016, Reiki opened the door to a realm of energy healing, infinite possibilities and profound expansion. Over time, this practice has continued to evolve and transform. As a Reiki Master Teacher, Vanessa is passionate about empowering individuals who feel called to awaken their inner light and uncover the untapped power within. Sharing knowledge about energetics, our connection to the universe, and how to integrate this wisdom into daily life is one of her greatest joys and deepest passions.

Vanessa is also an Earth keeper under the Munay-Ki lineage and an advocate for Pachamama (Mother Earth), a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern life. Vanessa's work is infused with the ancient wisdom of the Q'ero nation from the Andes of Peru. She creates nurturing sanctuaries to help the modern mind expand its awareness and reestablish a connection with the elemental forces of life.
