You probably know me as an Energy Facilitator, Sound Healer, or Shamanic Practitioner—but before I stepped into the healing arts, my life was completely different.
There was a time when I operated from strong masculine energy. My mind was highly structured, perfectionist to the smallest detail. I lived by expectations, trying to fit into society’s rules. But this only left me feeling disconnected from my body and my craft and with no passion or energy for anything. This led me to hormonal imbalances, anxiety, and adrenal fatigue. In the midst of chaos, something within me began to shift—and that became the pivotal moment for change.
After nearly two decades as a corporate senior designer and art director in fashion, cosmetics, government, and finance industries across Peru, Australia, and the US, I experienced a profound transformation. It’s been a slow process of unlearning, increasing awareness, expanded consciousness, integrating lessons, and embodying my truest purpose—bridging my background in strategy, design and brand creation with shamanism and energy facilitation.
