Maybe you have seen them before at a crystal store, you wondered what are they use for or this is the first time you are reading about this wonderful ally. In this post I will try to summarise what are they, the use and benefits.
Lets’s dive in,
"YONI" is the Sanskrit name for vagina and means “sacred temple”.
The egg is the symbol that represents fertility and creation. The rounded shape represents feminine energy; in the ovaries (rounded shape) reside the seeds with all the potential of life.
The practice with yoni eggs is ideal for bringing awareness to our genitals, to heal the imprints of our womb, reconnecting and redefining sexual energy as vital, organic, creative, and sacred.
First of all… What is a Yoni egg?
The practice is said to be originated from ancient China.
Yoni eggs are smooth, egg-shaped stones inserted into the vagina for various purposes, including pelvic floor strengthening, spiritual healing, and enhancing sexual pleasure.
The practice of using Yoni eggs is rooted in ancient Chinese traditions, It was used and taught only amongst the queens, their concubines and selected Taoist practitioners and not to mere common people.
